Service Agreement

This agreement is between Roberto Gonzalez, doing business as Washo Digital ("Provider"), and the person or business that pays the deposit or checks the agreement box on the intake form ("Client").

1. What you get

Provider builds and launches a website for Client as described in the package Client chose (Starter or Standard, with the optional bilingual add-on). The current package descriptions and prices on Provider's website at the time Client pays the deposit apply.

2. Timeline and Client's part

Provider aims to deliver a preview within about a week after receiving the intake form. Client agrees to send the requested information and photos and to reply to preview requests within 5 business days. Delays on Client's side pause the schedule.

3. Revisions

Two rounds of changes are included before launch and one round within 14 days after launch. Requests must be sent through the revision form. Later changes cost $25 each, or $99 for a pack of 5, or are covered by the two small edits included in the yearly plan.

4. Payment

Client pays 50% to start and 50% when Client approves the site, before launch. The deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. No refunds are given after launch.

5. Domain and hosting

The domain is registered in Client's name and managed by Provider. Provider will transfer the domain to Client within 10 business days of a written request, provided there are no unpaid invoices. Hosting and the domain are included for the first year. From the second year, the yearly plan costs $99 per year (hosting, domain renewal and two small edits) and is billed by invoice. If an invoice is unpaid 30 days after its due date, Provider may take the site offline after 14 days' written notice. Client may cancel the yearly plan at any time and receive a copy of the site files.

6. Content and ownership

Client owns the site content and, once fully paid, the site files. Client confirms that Client has the right to use all text, photos and logos provided. Provider may show the finished site as an example of its work unless Client asks in writing not to.

7. No guarantees

Provider does not guarantee search rankings, traffic or sales. Provider's total liability is limited to the fees Client paid under this agreement.

8. Ending the agreement

Either party may end this agreement in writing. Fees for work already done remain due.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

10. Acceptance

Client accepts this agreement by checking the agreement box on the intake form or by paying the deposit. Questions: imgerryglz@gmail.com.
